Space

Please be aware, due to space we allow a maximum of 5 adults per party expect in exceptional circumstances 

Toilet

The parent of the party is responsible of taking all children to the toilet 

Food

We do not provide party food, however you are welcome to provide cake or cupcakes. 

It is the parent organisers responsibility to be aware of any food allergies and cater for this

Parking

We have no parking at the salon, however there is a free car park in Tesco a few minutes walk from the salon and we would recommend parking there

Timings

Parties are 1.5 hours Duchess, 1.45 hours Princess and 2 hours Queen

Please arrive and leave promptly to allow turn around times to run smoothly for parties before and after. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of your party

- All beauty and hair service products 

- Party Bags

Little Luxe Spa Policies

Admission Policy

Our parties are specifically designed for children aged between 4-12 years old. Each party can accommodate a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 children. The duration of each party is detailed above. To ensure the safety and well being of the children, we require that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the party. 

We are happy for parents of party guests to stay during the party but are limited to a maximum of 5 persons.

Booking Policy

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time of the party. The remaining balance should be paid 7 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans may change. Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs the deposit will not be refunded due to the preparations already made and holding your date. Please note any reduction in party booking numbers will still be chargeable unless notified 48 hours prior to event date.

Safety Policy

The safety of your children is our primary concern. First aiders are present at our venue and is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit. Our venue is designed with children's safety in mind, adhering to all required safety standards. All staff that in contact with the children will be DBS checked.

Please be aware that the responsibility of the children is the parent organiser and we are not responsible for toilet duties.

Hygiene Policy

We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. All our tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every use. Our staff follows strict handwashing guidelines.

Allergen Policy

Disclosure of Allergies: 

To ensure the well-being of all children, it is essential to disclose any allergies before the party. This information allows us to take necessary precautions and provide a safe environment for everyone.

Product and Ingredient Information

Upon request, we are happy to provide a detailed list of all products and their ingredients used during our pamper parties. While our product labels indicate their nut-free status, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of nuts. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the safety of all attendees.

Nut-Free Environment

For the safety of all participants, we kindly request that no food containing nuts be brought to our parties. Despite our efforts to select nut-free products, the possibility of trace elements exists, and your cooperation in this matter is crucial. 

Severe Allergies

In cases of severe allergies, we strongly advise that a parent or guardian be present with the child throughout the entire party duration. This precaution ensures swift and appropriate action in the event of an allergic reaction. 

Your cooperation in adhering to these allergy guidelines is greatly appreciated. If you have any concerns or require additional information, please feel free to contact our team. We prioritise the health and enjoyment of all children attending our pamper parties.

Behavioural Policy

We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards our staff and other guests. If any child or guest/parent exhibits disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to end the party early without a refund.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information provided by our guests will be used solely for the purpose of organising the party and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Food Policy

Little Luxe Spa does not provide food for your parties however are happy for the parent organiser to bring cake or cupcakes, we can provide plates and napkins. We do not take responsibility for any issues with food.
